The left-handed opener, looked exquisite from the word go as his incredible innings saw 10 maximums and five boundaries after Comilla were sent in bat first. After a 58-run opening partnership with Tamim Iqbal, Comilla lost Anamul Haque – the new batsman in – in the very next ball in the eighth over. However, a 97-run third-wicket stand between skipper Imrul Kayes and Lewis set the platform for the big-total before the latter was trapped in front off a Shoriful Islam delivery after scoring 39 runs off 21 balls.
